1. หากสินค้าที่ได้รับมี ตำหนิ ผิดรุ่น ของไม่ครบ
2. โปรดแจ้งทางร้านกลับภายใน 3 วันตั้งแต่วันที่มีการรับสินค้าจากขนส่งเอกชน
3. หากยังไม่ติดต่อกลับมาภายใน 3 วันทางร้านจะถือว่าลูกค้าได้ยินยอมรับสินค้า

นโยบายการคืนสินค้า/การเปลี่ยน
ทางบริษัทฯไม่รับเปลี่ยน หรือคืนสินค้า ที่เกิดขึ้นจากความไม่พอใจ
หรือการสั่งซื้อสินค้าที่เกิดจากความผิดพลาดของลูกค้า ไม่ว่ากรณีใดๆ
เงื่อนไขเป็นตามที่บริษัทกำหนด
ทางบริษัทฯ จะไม่รับผิดชอบในกรณีที่ลูกค้าสั่ง สินค้าผิดเองด้วยเหตุผลทั้งหมด เนื่องจากมีรายละเอียดชัดเจน ก่อนทำการสั่งซื้อ (หากไม่ทราบรายละเอียด กรุณาติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ทุกครั้ง ผ่านช่องทางแชท)
สินค้านั้นหากได้มีการแกะ หรือ ดึงสลากออก ทางบริษัทฯ ไม่ขอรับผิดชอบในการคืนสินค้า สินค้านั้น ต้องมีสภาพใหม่ ไม่มีการเปิดกล่องและหรือวัสดุที่ ห่อหุ้มภายในหรือนอกชำรุดฉีกขาด
